"Authors Note" - Performed by the Southern Cross Soloists
From the recording project "Smoke Encrypted Whispers" - a sequence of 23 poems by the leading Australian indigenous poet Samuel Wagan Watson that pairs the Brisbane-born writer’s texts with succinct musical commentaries – part reflection, part response – by 23 of the poet’s Brisbanite composer peers.

"Under Southern Skies" - Performed by the Queensland Conservatorium Saxophone Orchestra
Led by Diana Tolme, the ensemble’s performance at the World Saxophone Congress XVI in Scotland July 2012 as part of their 2012 International tour including a series of concerts at the Guildhall School of Music, London and the International Society of Music Education Conference in Greece from the 16th to the 20th of July. The QCSO will continue passionately promoting new work for the saxophone ensemble medium and look forward to touring schools and townships of “Outback Australia” in 2013 as a special regional collaborative music education project.
Under Southern Skies was originally composed for the 42nd international horn congress. Sean re-scored it for Saxophone Orchestra in 2012.

World Premiere of Sean O'Boyle's "O Violino do Seu Pai" performed by Maria Conti for My Dad's Violin Documentary (a film by Douglas DaSilva) at the Composer's Voice concert series, December 9, 2012 at the Jan Hus Church in New York City.
The versatility of violinist Maria Conti has allowed her to expand her musical career both as a soloist and as a chamber musician, having performed at Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher Hall, Alice Tully Hall, Merkin Concert Hall and Weill Recital Hall in New York City, as well as abroad in Venezuela with the Manhattan Symphony Orchestra.
